CMSSA, Inc Examination Agreement

BEFORE TAKING THIS EXAM, YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OUTLINES IN THE APPLICATION AGREEMENT THAT WAS PROVIDED UPON REGISTRATION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL PREVENT YOUR ACCESS FROM PROCEEDING ANY FURTHER!

This Examination Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", establishes and governs your agreement with The Crypto Mining and Staking Sustainability Association (CMSSA) for you to take the following examination.

By receiving this Exam and any related questions, answers, worksheets, diagrams, examples or drawings; regardless of their length and/or number; as well as all verbal communications (either written or digital), you agree to the terms laid out in this document. As such, these exam materials should remain confidential throughout the duration of your tests. By agreeing to take the examination, you are confirming that you understand and accept all of the terms listed in this agreement.

If you do not agree with any of these conditions, then unfortunately your participation in the exam is prohibited. If you are asked to leave the exam site, your certification will be revoked. Furthermore, it is important to note that no refunds will be granted as all terms and conditions were thoroughly disclosed upon registration; thus, any decision made by you was based on this information.

You understand, acknowledge and agree:

1. CMSSA has devoted considerable funds to create, update, and manage their Exam Materials securely and with the utmost confidentiality;
2. CMSSA has exclusive and confidential ownership of the Exam Materials, safeguarded by its intellectual property rights.
3. Under no circumstances are you allowed to reveal the exam questions and answers or discuss any of their contents with anyone else without a written permission from CMSSA.
4. You are strictly prohibited from removing any Exam Materials or related items, such as your notes or any other documents you may have written, from the examination room.;
5. Duplicating or attempting to reproduce Examination Material is strictly prohibited.;
6. You are prohibited from marketing, licensing, exchanging, giving away or discussing the Exam Materials and its questions/answers before, during or after taking the Examination.
7. Always remain polite and courteous during the Examination, making sure to refrain from speaking with other examinees or behaving in a manner that is disruptive.
8. It is strictly prohibited to cheat or attempt any deception in order to falsely increase your score.
9. You have achieved the necessary criteria to take this Examination.

Even after the termination or expiration of your Certification, this Agreement will remain in effect and you must abide by its terms. If any of these provisions are violated, CMSSA may suffer irreparable harm for which monetary damages may not be sufficient; thus, at their discretion they can take all appropriate measures to hinder such disclosure or misuse - including obtaining a prompt injunction without having to pay bail. In addition, any infraction of the terms in this Agreement will result in swift and permanent termination of your Certification at Executive Director's discretion. You are not allowed to transfer or assign any right under this Agreement.

By signing up for this examination, I am affirming my understanding and acceptance of the duties imposed upon me. No promises, threats or illusions were made to sway me into entering this agreement; rather, I accept it voluntarily and without any coercion.
